Rosen Shingle Creek Restrictions & Fees

A self-parking fee of $36 + tax or valet parking fee of $48 + tax per vehicle per night will be collected directly at the resort. — 12/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

Rosen Shingle Creek will undergo a complete guestroom renovation from February 1 - December 31, 2026. All guest rooms, including bathrooms, will be redesigned from floor to ceiling on floors 2-14. 2 floors will be blocked at a time or half a Work will be done from 930am - 6pm daily. All amenities remain open for guests use. Guests may hear construction noise and see construction equipment during their stay. Rosen Shingle Creek will do everything they can to minimize guest impact. — 2/1/2026 - 12/31/2026
