Very disappointed that GPS is no longer offered and that the complimentary bottles of water was not offered. For the price, the new management is disappointing. These benefits are expected at the price we are paying to pay here. If not for the excellence of the courses, I would not recommend this for the value.

We played 10 courses in two weeks including some "exclusive" private clubs on our golf vacation. Crooked Cat and Panther Lake were in better condition than any of the others and very enjoyable to play. Next years trip will definitely include another stop at Orange County National.

This was our second 18. Course was perfect greens were excellent. Pace of play was tough there were two foursomes who knew each other and clowned around too much in front of us. We had no where to go so it worked out but there must have been holes open in front of their group.

This is one of out favorite courses in Florida. Perfect conditions and great layout. The fairways are fairly wide and accessable, but that doesn't mean it is easy, it will give you all you can handle.

The details are important, practice balls are limited to small bag, use to include water bottles and yet price we paid was substantially higher than last year. Course was in exceptional shape.

Crooked Cat is a phenomenal complement to its highly acclaimed sister course, Panther Lake. Both courses host to the 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2010 PGA TOUR Qualifying School Finals, having been awarded 4.5 stars by Golf Digest's "Places to Play" every year since 1999. That's no easy accomplishment as there are only 52 courses in Florida with an equal rating. With an entourage now of newly planted trees, wide-terraced fairways, and native redtop heather grass in the rough, this 7500-yard course is meticulously groomed and features a distinct Scottish "links" flavor - and NO HOMES! THE HUGE BONUS? All brand new Champion Dwarf bermuda greens added the summer of 2012, opening in September. Loved the course and practice area. Best practice facilities I've ever seen. A couple of the guys just wanted to stay on the range all day. Challenging layout that was well conditioned. Course plays longer than the yardage. Clubhouse had 4 buckets on the floor to accomodate a leaking roof and the Pro Shop seemed to care less that we were there. Starter was a pain as well. Breakfast was OK but disorganized. Very cheap alcohol on the course was a plus. Really need to work on their service.
