Great course. Fun to play and very well conditioned. Very open and a few of the holes are somewhat confusing as to where you need to go but that's part of the fun. Service in the restaurant and pro shop were excellent. Class operation all around.

very difficult, yet it had a very low slope and rating. You need more restrooms and/or signs especially to the one on the back 9 where you need to drive through an unmarked opening in the hedge and cross the fairway to get to it.

I found this golf course too contrived and ticked up. I have played St Andrews and that course fits well in the environment (obviously) but this links style course in FL is out of place and seems really artificial. I think the GPS was off as well as i laid up from 170 yds w an 8 iron and hit it well....right in the burn and then on the way back, hit a 9 iron and hit it well from 106 yds....right into the same burn! Argh. Also, 2 foursomes playing to the same green with 2 flags on it interfered w eachother. It was bedlam. constantly hitting into eachother. Not particularly enjoyable.

Course was in great shape and the new course is a nice change from other courses in the area. It borders on being too pricey but we return every year. Staff is impeccable. But beware the restaurant. 4 hot dogs to go and 4 8 oz. cokes was $70. No joke!!

Inspired by his great performances through the years at St. Andrews Old Course, Jack pays homage here to the birthplace of golf.
