This is our second year staying at Vista Cay. Check-in continues to be unorganized and takes way too long. There was a huge difference in some of the quality of the rooms. This is a beautiful resort. The pool and whirlpool facilities are fantastic. Management during our trip were very responsive and helpful.

Would like fresh towels daily. Would prefer lodging with no steps, all space on the same floor would be better. We do not want to climb steps after doing 36 holes daily.

The only complaint from anyone in our group was the lack of towels available. Each room had 2 towels for the week and that became a problem. Everything else was fabulous.

Only complaint concerns Vista Cay. When we checked into our suite at 8:00 at night, the room temperature was about 80 degrees. Then, we see a sign on the thermostat that any setting below 72 will cause the AC to freeze up. An uncomfortable first night. We were finally able to get the room down to 71 degrees but I would not want to return to Vista Cay.

I used this accomodation when we also had our 6 children with us. This was probably the nicest place that the children (ages 14 to 22)ever stayed. It was perfect for our family and made a great trip even better. If we go on a golf vacation with friends, I would definitely return to Vista Cay as well.
