brand new place and very well appointed...irish bar/restaurant across the parking lot with a lot of plasma tv's ..they also have a little grocery store within the complex... minor compliant would be the pool seems to be open very late, one night kids were in the pool till after 11pm...

Having a condominium was great for the group. We could socialize in the living room space without interfering with individuals who want to call it an early evening and go to bed. Unit was very clean and furnished well. Will de4finately being staying at this location on my return to Orlando.

This has the ability to be a great place, but it is far too new and not ready to be open. We were not able to be checked in until 7 pm and had a few problems with the air conditioning. Upon our complaints, we were consistently tld they would call back, but did not. Finally we spoke to the regional manager who was told by the front desk manager that we were checked in at 4 and there were no complaints. When the regional found out he lied, she hit the fan! They are crediting us with our first night to accomodate. The rooms are nice and big, but they are just not ready to be open. It is also in an area where you have to drive to everything.

The place was very nice but we could not find the lobby to check in (not marked) and had trouble with AC in one room (they took care of it right away). No VCR or DVD available and no wirless in room. The TV's while large were VERY poor quality in each of the rooms. Overall a nice place for the money...seems they took lots of shortcuts during construction!
