About Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club

Par: 72   Yards: 7,227   Slope: 138   USGA: 75.5

2888 Southern Dunes Blvd • Haines City, FL 33844

A truly unique layout, this award-winning course has been ranked among the "Top 100 Courses in America" by Golfweek and awarded 4 1/2 stars by Golf Digest. Architect Steve Smyers' design features very imaginative bunkering and large sandy scrub areas that line dramatically rolling fairways. Closed now for the summer months and re-opening 9/05/16 with all new TifEagle Bermuda greens that will ensure crisp, true putting on brand new surfaces - VERY EXCITING! Also, numerous holes have been strategically redesigned. Unusual for Central Florida, the course has elevation changes of up to 100 feet and a series of enormous dunes that give it even more character (water found on just 2 holes) consistently in tournament-playing condition year-round; always lush, green, perfect. Located on Hwy 27 in Haines City just south of I-4, 15 minutes from the US192/ Kissimmee area. Always one of Golfpac's Top 10 Golf Courses to Play! Come on back in 2016/17 for those all-new greens!!!
